By accessing or using MotorLedger ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
MotorLedger is a vehicle collection management and portfolio tracking application available via web browser and mobile applications. The Service allows users to track vehicle details, valuations, documents, service history, and market intelligence.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
4. Free and paid tiers
The free tier provides access to one vehicle with all features at no cost, with no time limit. Paid tiers (Pro Monthly, Pro Yearly, Pro Lifetime) provide access to unlimited vehicles and additional features as described on our pricing page. Prices are stated in GBP and may be updated with reasonable notice.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Your data remains accessible and you return to the free tier. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable after 14 days.
6. Your data
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. You may export your data at any time in JSON or HTML format. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
7. Vehicle valuations
Vehicle valuations and market intelligence provided by MotorLedger are estimates based on available data and AI analysis. They are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional financial advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any valuation figure.
8. Third-party data
MotorLedger integrates with DVLA, DVSA, and NHTSA databases to provide vehicle information. This data is provided "as is" from these sources. We are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of third-party data.
9. Limitation of liability
MotorLedger is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
